Since they say it is, then it probably is.

i always thought that when shows have a laugh track they record the laughs from the audience.

It says it is, but some of the laugh tracks that I hear I've heard on other shows. (ie, the shocked track i've heard on D&J and iCarly)

I just looked into some interviews with the cast and certain questions and answers do ask about the live audience. So yes, they really do have one.

Yeah they have one. I've kinda forgot what a real live studio audience sounds like because of the pre-recorded laugh tracks being used so much on so many other shows.

They probably are, but for some parts of the show maybe they use the laughing track.

I'm listening to the show right now, and the laughs sound like people are actually laughing on the spot. But on some scenes it sounds like laugh tracks used on thousand of shows. But since they say it at the beginning I assume it actually is.

It is filmed in front of a live studio audience, but the audience is made to think that they control the laughs, even though they add a canned laugh track instead of using the audience's laugh in the show.
