Episode Summary

Frisky Business: Dudley's mom, Peg Puppy, decides to leave Dudley home alone for three days to go to a monster truck race. Dudley is overjoyed with the freedom that he now has, but unfortunately, he lets himself go and becomes distracted from his job.

Hot Dog: Dudley wants to enter a dog show so that he can win a mailman to chase, so he gets his hair professionally styled at the groomers. Unfortunately though, he loves his new hairdo so much that he has to choose between winning the dog show or saving Petropolis from the desert heat that the Chameleon is creating.

  • Not the best episodes I've ever seen...I liked the first one better, though.

Frisky Business: I thought this was a great episode for the most part. The plot was decent enough, and it had some good humor, like the Risky Business reference (not too original, but it was still funny to me), Dudley wearing the bubble wrap and his mom's wedding dress, and the Chameleon's part. There were a couple nitpicks I had with this episode, though. First off, I thought Dudley was a little too dumb in this episode. I mean, really? He doesn't even know how to flip a light switch??? I get that he's not supposed to be smart, but still..it just bugged me a little in this episode how stupid the writers made him. Second, the ending was a little too predictable. I had a feeling Peg would end up finding out about Dudley's mess despite the house being cleaned. Despite those things, I did really like this episode. Final grade: B. As for the second episode, I didn't like it that much for some reason. The plot was okay, I guess, but most of it was boring, and there were really no funny parts except for Dudley's hallucination scene and the very end. Dudley also got on my nerves in this episode constantly talking about the pet show and caring only about that. So, overall, this is probably one of the worst TUFF Puppy episodes I've seen so far, but at least it's not the very worst. Final grade: C-. Marebear2009, out!moreless
  • Not the best episodes I've ever seen but "Frisky Business" was a little better in my opinion

Frisky Business: I thought that this was a superb episode of "T.U.F.F. Puppy". It wasn't my favorite episode but it was pretty enjoyable. Peg is gonna be gone for 3 days at her monster truck tournament so Dudley gets to do whatever he wants for 3 days. It turned out that Dudley is a mess and needs his mom. Dudley getting a stray gorilla was very funny. The stray gorilla's part was very funny with his two memorable lines which were "I had nowhere else to go" and "I slept in your bed". Dudley not knowing how to turn on the light was very funny. I also thought it was funny when Dudley got the pirate (not an actual pirate), magician, and clown. The crew also cleaning Dudley's house before Peg came home was also funny. The very ending with Peg showing Dudley how to turn on the light was just original and funny. My score was a little low because I thought Dudley was getting a little annoying. Overall, a superb episode of "T.U.F.F. Puppy". 9/10

Hot Dog: I thought that this was a great episode of "T.U.F.F. Puppy". It wasn't the best episode and probably one of the weaker episodes I've seen but it was overall great. Not as good as "Frisky Business" in my opinion though. There were some things that made me laugh hard such as the Chief's part especially when he said "You monster, you'll melt the ice cream". Kitty constantly getting hurt such as driving through the cactus, train hitting her, etc. was very funny. The very ending with Dudley getting his award for giving up the dog show to save Petropolis was also good and Dudley chasing the mailman made me laugh hard. Nothing else made me laugh after that. My score is low because Dudley was getting really annoying mostly with his hallucinations and it just started to drag the episode when that happened. Overall, a great episode of "T.U.F.F. Puppy". 8/10moreless
