TV's Naughtiest Blunders

Show Summary

TV's Naughtiest Blunders was an out-takes program shown on ITV. It was produced by Carlton Television, and was presented by Steve Punk. The plot of the show was to display clips and videos that featured mistakes people and actors had made on TV. This was a late night show, and the footages shown in it usually contained the use of profanities. Deleted scenes from soaps, news, documentaries and other TV program was the main content. The show went on air in December 2000, and was concluded in 2005. In 2004-2005, considerable changes were brought about such as the introduction of continuous clips and voiceover, and Neil Morrissey took over the commentary from Penk. Most episodes displayed videos of actors who forgot their dialogues. Clips of actors laughing at their own lines were broadcast. The show was true to its title and incorporated a rare sense of humor in how the program represented their content.
