  • Lonely Souls

They should have found a way to do something major with Harold's death, not just have him mysteriously dead. Good ending with the Giant returning though.
  • Laura's killer finally revealed

This was one of the most shocking episodes ever, and that is saying a lot. There are numerous unexpected major plot twists that seem to pile up as the episode progresses. Laura's killer is finally revealed at the end in one of the most frightening and disturbing sequences I have ever seen and heard on tv. When I first saw this episode, I was shocked in a good way that the writers revealed the identity of her killer so early on in the second season. It really came out of nowhere, although there are little hints dropped at the beginning of this episode once Cooper, Truman, and Hawk recover Laura's secret diary. Plus, 2 characters die. The Giant, the Log Lady, and Bob all make appearances that really increase the tension and suspense, as well as freak the audience out.
