"Perfect"

Very funny episode that made me laugh out loud on a number of occasions. Let's face it there aren't a whole lot of shows that do that anymore.

The bit at the end with the trellis was inspired. Ryan Stiles is a genius. He is funny in the same way Jane Lynch is funny as a comedic actress. He can be so understated and he and Alan together were very funny.

Charlie of course ends up right, but you knew Jake was going to mope for a while. As a man it has happened to all of us at one time or another. Of course at this point I wouldn't be taking any of my Uncle's advice on women from now on. No matter how much I think he knows.

The bits with the cans was funny but you could see them coming from miles away. Especially the second one. You knew Charlie had shook it even though we didn't see it on screen. He and Alan are all about revenge.

The opening scene with Charlie and Chelsea was great as well. Chelsea is disarming and now that we know they are truly equals it lends even more to the sharpness of her character. I don't think Charlie has ever dealt with someone as slick before except for maybe the judge he dated for a while. I especially enjoyed the iphone bit.

A laugh out loud riot of an episode. Ryan Stiles was brilliant and the whole cast did themselves proud. Probably good timing that this episode was as good as it was if you know what I mean. Thanks for reading...moreless

Man, what happened to Angus T. Jones? He used to look like a normal 10 year old kid and now he looks like a 25 year old homeless man. That kid is in trouble once this show ends its run.

But as for the actual episode, another brilliant Herb performance and more strong work from Jon Cryer in hopes of earning him another Emmy win. He's probably a longshot to repeat, but if Bryan Cranston could do it in a really competitive category then I suppose anything is possible.

Charlie didn't really have any good lines and I expect that pattern to follow as he goes through his personal problems. But still a very solid episode by Season 7 standards.moreless
