  • Not the best, still good though..

    7.0
The highest rated comedy with more viewers tuning in than the total population of some countries, just cut down its production of laughs in this episode.

Emmy winner, Jon Cryer delivers yet another masterpiece by getting more screen time. No offense, the dude is extremely talented, but I still enjoy episodes where Charlie gets the spotlight and the ones where there is no disconnect between Charlie and Alan's story lines. Jake was also upped his game a little bit, with some age appropriate and fresh jokes. Ones like 'I am not dumb, I am just an underachiever', and the one where he makes a remark about Chelsea's french toast were hilarious. Fine episode. But just not up to it's standard.moreless
  • Solid episode.

Oh, that Alan Harper, always getting caught with his pants down.

Solid episode of Two and a Half Men tonight. While the storyline with Alan getting caught in his tighty whities twice was about as generic and cliched as they come, luckily Jon Cryer is a strong enough actor to pull it off and make the scenes seem fresh and entertaining.

While I have been ragging on Charlie Sheen lately for acting like a zombie out there and performing uninspired work, he was on his game tonight and even managed to make Jake seem funny, which is no sinecure ladies and gentlemen.

    Good episode.moreless
  • Alan takes a job with his mother on weekends showing houses so he can use them to take Melissa to during the week. Charlie had had it with Jake's attitude toward Chelsea. He puts them together and they come up with the fact that he is the problem.moreless

Poor Alan. One of these days he really is going to be labeled a sex offender if he isn't careful.

These Alan episodes where he works so hard to do everything but move out of Charlies house get a little annoying at times. He manages to get Melissa mad at him and then comes up with the brilliant idea of using one of his mom's real estate properties she's showing to take Melissa too. Of course we could see this backfiring from a mile away. You knew someone was going to show up. It was inevitable. Once again Alan gets caught in the street in just his underwear. The Viagra joke was somewhat humorous though. Charlie has problems. He can't get Jake to respect Chelsea and Chelsea has no patience with Jake. When Jake said "I think it's her period, but she says it's not." I'm glad I didn't have any liquid in my mouth or was in the middle of drinking something. That was a through the nose comment! Putting the two of them together in a room with the door closed wasn't too smart, but in the end Charlie seemed perfectly happy with the results. Jake really is impossible though. I would be worried if that were my kid!

An entertaining episode but very predictable. Sometimes I don't think they should feature Alan and deal more with Charlie and how everyone relates to him. That seems to be the best direction for the show. Also no Berta tonight! Thanks for reading...moreless
