Once this show is over in years to come, people will look back and realize the real star of this show was Jon Cryer (Alan). He has carried the show for years through it's ups and downs.

Let me take a wild guess and I'll say that you are as gay as Jon Cryer and Clark Duke.

Best thing about this episode was Clark Duke (Barry) a refreshing character in this series. Great if he became a regular. I have adapted to the change and I like the show. I do get a bit fed up with the lesbian jokes, I prefer it without this side.

They basically ruined the show with the addition of Jenny. There are so many lesbian jokes in EVERY episode, that it has taken over the whole premise of the show. It was hard enough to stay with the show after Charlie Sheen was replaced by Ashton Kutcher. Now that I finally got acclimated to that change, they threw this nonsense into the show and have ruined it completely. I haven't watched in weeks, and won't be watching again until she leaves and takes her over-the-top, in-your-face, craziness with her. Many others I have spoken to feel the same.

The only reason I watch this show is for Jenny. Her one night stands were getting a little repetitive but now that she's in a relationship, it's gotten better. Charlie is gone, the show changed, accept it.

Shows change over time or they go away. This is season 11, this is a very long run and while I also miss Charlie in a way and can agree that the show has changed, I also have to say that it HAD to change at some point or risk becoming too repetitive.
I like Walden and I like Jenny. I can relate more to Walden than I ever could to Charlie, but he lacks the womanizing comedic fun of Charlie. Jenny's bringing that back but being a lesbian it also brings in something new - there is no more Charlie and just copying him with another character wouldn't have worked. Both Walden and Jenny brought a freshness back to the series. I did enjoy the old episodes and I do enjoy the new ones.
If you don't like it - go watch something else. You're free to consider everything from season 9 onwards a different show, that you do not like and that just happens to have the same name.
