  • Two and a Half Men Season 7 Episode 2

    9.5
This was a really great second episode, didn't laugh out loud as much as in the premiere, but it had it's moments, i was liking melissa a lot up to this point, but i didn't like to see her blame charlie, of course, she is right, but who cares? Charlie is Charlie.

I'm also REALLY liking Chelsea, i wish she stays with Charlie the whole Season or even the rest of the show.

Alan was also very funny as well as Charlie, Eveline and Berta.

Looking forward to the third episode next week and hope the show continues to be as good and funny as it's being mixing sex jokes with storylines.moreless
  • Lose the dummy.

    7.5
This was a solid episode of Two and a Half Men, but enough with Alan trying to be a ventriliquist. This was a dumb gag when it first popped up last season and is even less intelligent now, as we are only two episodes in and it is sad that the writers have to bring this back in a time when they should be hitting their creative strides.

I still laughed thoroughly throughout, but the storyline just felt weak and forced. How exactly did the women "take over" when Charlie willingly left? As far as the swerve, yeah, I saw Evelyn helping them out coming from a mile away.moreless
  • Danny is back...

    8.0
I am a huge fan Alan's hand puppet, Danny. I simply love the way it annoys Charlie. Second episode of the season toyed around with some sexist themes, where the women wield their control over the men. Chelsea want's Charlie to be more supportive of his brother, and she demands he should let Alan and Melissa have a fair share of things in the house. Charlie's concerns are finally understood when Alan and Melissa host a party without his consent. Things turn upside down when the women including Berta take control of the house, after kicking Alan out.

The remaining cast is yet to make a complete appearance. We have Jake coming in at intermittent periods. We saw Holland Taylor make a small cameo, and it's about time Marin Hinkle made her way in to make Alan's life miserable.moreless
  • Chelsea gets Charlie to agree to letting Melissa stay in the house and all hell breaks loose. Charlie looses control and has to leave. Alan finds that he has even less success than Charlie at asserting himself and ends up with Charlie in a hotel room.moreless

    9.0
The boys make a comeback after last weeks weak premiere. We sort of see what may be in store for us this season on Men.

Chelsea wants Charlie to be nice and understanding. Of course deep down he really is. How else would he have ended up in a house he owned taking care of his brother and his brothers son. So when Melissa wants Alan to put his foot down Charlie caves for Chelsea.

    First mistake.

So Charlie leaves. Alan tries to point out to the ladies that he is in charge when Charlie is gone and is soon forced to vacate the premises as well.

    Second mistake.

So the boys must figure out a way to get Charlies house back. In the end they leave it up to their dear ole Mother to put things right. It has to be seen to believed. Manipulation at its best. All Berta can do is stand and watch.

Nice episode great for watching in reruns. This is one I'll see many times again and again. Good stuff. Thanks for reading...moreless
