When Berg knocks on Irene's door and Roger answers it wearing army fatigues, in the first long shot he's holding a black duffel bag. After they go to a close-up and back to a long shot, he doesn't have a duffel bag, but he's holding his hand like he is. He then leaves, sans bag.
It's interesting that Berg would be so scared to fight Roger, a significantly smaller man, in this episode when last season he punched Johnny, a significantly bigger man, in the face without a second thought.
Mistake: When Berg is at the hospital throwing syringes at the signs he throws one at a big red sign but in the next two shots the syringe is no longer there but it returns in the third shot.
When Johnny is pushing Berg into Irene's apartment, you can see his arms being held behind his back.
The names on the boxes of people Irene has shrunk and trapped are; Tinky Winky, Brett Butler, Robert Goulet, Parole Officer, Leonard Garner Jnr, Gary Coleman, Bryan Gumbal, Carmen Electra, Marie Osmond, and N*Sync.
Mistake (sort of): Ashley says (to Irene): "Well, you know what it's like to kiss Pete Irene...Oh wait, ya don't". And Irene's response gives the impression that what Ashley said is true. Ashley wouldn't know this, but Pete and Irene made out on the couch during the "Two Guys a Girl and Valentine's Day" episode. Irene should have known that.
Re: Ashley and Nomar. It was also mentioned that she ran after Nomar when he went off to Cleveland. It's possible that they patched things up during this trip only to have Ashley dump him.
Ashley says that she broke up with Nomar but in the last episode she said he broke up with her because a joke Pete made about Berg and Ashley still sleeping together.
In the hallway scene when Berg pretends to get his mail but he really wants to talk to Irene he opens his mailbox but in the next shot it's closed.
The song Pete and Ashley sing in the subway is 'Under the Boardwalk,' by The Drifters.
A boom mike is visible at the top of the screen when Sharon and the woman are fighting over the wedding dress.
The laundromat/bar featured in this episode is called The Soap Bar.
Berg's mom is played by Cheryl Ladd in this episode, but in the next season the role is played by Bo Derek.
During the opening scene where Pete is complaining to Berg about Ashley using the bathroom, Berg is drinking a bottle of some type of juice. During their conversation Berg drinks most of the juice, however at the end of the scene, the bottle of juice is full again.
It seems unlikely that Berg would not mention that he is number two in his class, after Dr Peel insults his commitment to being a good doctor.
In this episode Sharon and Johnny get engaged. In theory.
The second song that Barenaked Ladies play is called "Box Set". The lyrics are changed to fit Pete's situation, but the music is the same.
When Pete refuses their idea to be a band, Barenaked Ladies play their own song called "It's All Been Done".
Pete got a black eye from being hit by Johnny in the previous episode. Even though this is the very next day, the black eye is somehow gone.
Pete and Sharon kiss at the end of this episode.
