  • A holiday classic!

This was one of my favourite episodes of two of a kind. It was very christmassy. The girls invite Carrie for dinner on Christmas eve and she accepts. Carrie goes a little overboard and decorates the house all by herself and takes over Kevins traditions without Kevin getting a word in. Kevin tells Carrie how he feels and she apologizes for getting so caught up in the Holiday spirit. Carrie brings along her friend Walter from the homeless shelter for dinner. At dinner Walter makes a speech about how he feels blessed for being so lucky as to be eating wih them. They all say how much they like Walter but discover that he has stole all their gifts. In the end they find him and realise what Christmas is all about. Spending time with the people you love. A very good episode with a seasonal spirit.moreless
  • christmas in a parcel!!!

The episode involves the girls bringing Carrie into their home for Christmas. Mr Burke has a few problems initially with adapting to having things done differently (like making cranberry sauce from scratch and peeling a turkey), but all in all they end up having a fantastic time. This is despite having all their xmas gifts stolen, and a thread bare tree. Holidays are a time for the family, and Carrie gets invited into the family as she gets her own personalised xmas ornament on the tree. As always, Kevin ends up regretting his actions when he receives his present.

A Definate watch for the holiday season. (You even learn how to make eggnog (and not outta a tin! ! ! ! !! )

They have an altogether lovely xmas.moreless
