God damn blind ref! Penalty on Hypia! Frustrating stuff really. But I`m not angry with the team...proud as always. That`s 3 semis we`ve got in 4 years...unique European nights..things that makes me love this club. Could have been the other way round and another final for us but it`s over but I`m still proud of my team. YNWA

    I hope Rafa stays.

at the guy waving at the start of the match to show Chel$ea fans how to support.

The tie was decided on 2 injuries, Aurelio's and Skrtel's. In the first leg, Aurelio gets injured, Riise gets in and scores the own goal. Tonight, Skrtel gets injury on an effort to stop Drogba, Hyypia gets in, then Drogba scores 2 goals and Hyypia concedes the penalty

    - Cech has made fantastic saves in both legs and yet flops in the "hurricane" shot of Babel (if you check the shot closer, the ball went like a bit bad).

    - The referee didn't make much of a difference tonight, but I can't let some things go unmarked. He didn't hesitate to show the centre's spot (neither SkySports did to show that the score was already 2-1, I wonder why ) when Essien scored the goal while Drogba was clearly standing in front of Reina. And secondly, can someone explain to me why he didn't award that foul on Gerrard in the very end of extra time ?

    - The moment Grant tried to delay the game and catch the ball, with Gerrard slightly pushing him and Grant sitting down to his seat was priceless

    - Nights like this make me proud of being Liverpool once again.

    - For me it's going to be like the final of 2006. Back then I didn't want anyone to win, same thing goes for now.

Torres was injured and had problems with his hamstring...that`s why he was substituted.

Guys 2 weeks away from the final... Anyone got any predictions??

Mine (totally unbiased view ) is:

    Chelsea 0-2 Manchester United

(I'm hoping the scorers are our old timers ... Giggsy, or Scholes... They've given so much to the club over the years... I hope they're the ones to bring our 3rd Champions League to us)

I'd be confident if it went to penalty shoot-out. When has Cech ever saved a penalty? And VDS seemed pretty good at them in the Community Shield last summer.

Now that United have won the Premiership I really do feel confident about the Champions League. COME ON UNITED!

However I was wondering if you guys knew, why Carvalho didn't play?? And, what the chances are of Terry recovering by the final?

Carvalho was subbed off in their last game so I assume he was injured. How injured he, Terry and Drogba are could basically decide the final.

    Winners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But that was hardly enjoyable at the end, I didn't watch after Ronaldo missed because I was so certain we'd lost!

    Great Match!

Man United had the first 35 mins, Chelsea most of the 2nd Half preety even afterwards

It had to be decided on penalties, as soon as Ronaldo missed It had Chelsea's name written on the cup but John Terry gotta feel for him (that's if your a Chelsea fan) lets just say the cup slipped away from him.

Wow just wow ... Man Utd started so well but then from the second half onwards it was just Chelsea.

I thought we blew it when Ronaldo missed, but Fate was on our side
