Episode Summary

Betty gets into trouble in her writing class when she submits a pre-written MODE story written by a woman who survived a bear attack (hence the title). Alexis returns to work, still with memory loss and having no idea how to act like a girl. Daniel receives a threat from their top advertiser who is against transsexuals and wants Daniel to fire his own sister. Amanda, still trying to figure out who her real father is, learns a shocking secret about Wilhelmina's past.moreless

    Nice episode made me laugh quite a lot. . does anyone know what the hip hop/rap song that plays is called when the kid in the big jacket who drinks straight from the juice cartoon (dunno if it's Betty's brother or whatever, haven't been following the series)comes into the kitchen at one point in the episode?     I love Betty. She was extremely hilarious in this episode. I was dying when she was reading that story and then in the end when she was racing out of class and the professor wanted to see her ears haha. I was also dying when the original writer showed up at Mode. Alexis was hilarious especially when her and Daniel are in the men's bathroom and Daniel shoos the other guys away. I thought it was cool that Daniel stood up for his sisters with the advertisers. He's a great brother indeed. Amanda was hilarious when she saw the old Wilhelmina and blurts out ugly Willy while she was right behind her. Silly episode indeed.moreless

    First of all, I am not liking this business with Justin trying to be like his father, I mean, I get it and I feel sorry for the kid, its just that he was so secure in himself and so great and fabulous so it makes me sad, I hope he cleans himself up soon. I am also really upset that its Henrys baby!!! I thought for sure they were going to say that it was the dentist's so that he and Betty could be together. I have heard that they are still going to wind up dating so I am not sure how the baby will fit into that. I am proud of Daniel for fessing up to his sister and also helping her out and sticking up for her with the advertiser, great cameo by Dawson! btw. I can't wait for next week when some of these things get further explained especially finding out who Amanda's father is.moreless

    This was a very wierd episode. But still was funny. That is what you expect of the show. Betty could get in trouble in her writing class due to a paper previously written by someone else(hence the title!). Alexis still has no memory of anything. Not even her being a you know what. Daniel is faced with a tough task from a tough advertiser who is also the best one. Fire his transexual sister. Can he do it? Meanwhile, as Amanda tries to find out who her biological father is, she learns something about Wilhemenia's past. What is it as inquiring minds want to know!moreless

    Betty takes a writing class with a guy who acts like Professor Kingsfield of "the Paper chase." One question:why's Betty taking a writing class? don't ask me. I didn't write this episode. She used a pre-written Mode article about a bear attack, which got her into trouble not only with mode, but from the woman that the bear attack. Alexis returns to work after the accident. One ad agency want her fire for being a transsexual. Amanda contiues to search for father. she learned that she was concieve at Studio 54. which to explain her sexual behavior. One clue:A tatoo of Tweety bird is engrave on his butt. You just can't make this stuff up in the world of Mode.moreless
