  • "Red Door" gives you a good glimpse of what Under the Dome would have been like if written and directed properly...

    8.0
Continuing a totally surprising solid episode "Going Home" Under the Dome delivers easily the best episode of the series with a major LOST aftertaste. Some character development, a dramatic cliffhanger, a great twist and a sense that everything is planned out gave to this episode exactly what Under the Dome should have been getting to be considered a good show. Let's hope the writers will continue this trend despite they already screwed an amazingly original premise...moreless
  • its incredibly slow and a copy of Lost

    1.0
Its so dragged out its unbelieveable. I mean its an almost exact replica of Lost, i mean lots of loose ends, no answers given, its the confsuing inside the dome/outside the dome just like we had on and off the island in Lost. Once this show ends after season 2 we will have no Clue.
  • Heating UP!!!!

For the most part of season 2 I thought under the dome was starting to get boring, and had knower else to go, but i'll admit I was wrong, came just at the write moment introducing outside of the dome creating alot more questions but answering alot of the lingering questions which was starting to go on for to long!!! The last 4 or 5 episodes have been amazing really hope it takes off from here and we learn more about what the domes there for and how everyone ties in, not back to the boring old jim renny wild west show lmao!!! cant wait for next week!!!!!moreless

It wont let me watch it!!! Anoyed. Very
  • Impeccable as usual, with major developments!

For the last four or five weeks, every episode has been sensational and I keep saying it's the "best yet" and kee p seeing an even better one the following week, and that is once again the case this week, which was amazing.

Inside the dome, there was plenty of drama as Big Jim makes another power play while Julia has to make a big decision.

But most of the action took place outside the dome with Barbie crossing paths with Lyle and the Verdrows. As I was expecting, the red door would come into things - kinda obvious since it was the episode title - but the door didn't fail to deliver! And it set up one EXPLOSIVE confrontation in the very last scene that just left me so excited!

I cannot wait for the next one!moreless

    • Pauline: Why red? Why a door?
Lyle: You know, in the Old Testament, the Israelites would paint their doors red with the blood of the lamb as a symbol of sacrifice so the Angel of Vengeance would pass them by.
Sam: Oh, you're just full of happy stories, aren't you?

    • Barbie: It's not really a fair fight.
      Interrogator: Yeah. Those are overrated.

    • Big Jim: I thought you could locate this thing, you know? Build a... egg detector or something, you know? As a scientist. Figure it out.
Rebecca: I think there's a way to find it that's more reliable than copper wire and duct tape.

    • Big Jim: Come on. You know me well enough by now to tell when I'm lying.
Julia: Because the exception is so rare.

    • Sam: Weird coincidence, don't you think? The way back to Chester's Mill being on your family's property.
Lyle: If you still believe in coincidence, you're not paying attention.

    • Hunter: I can't believe I made it through. Now I'm really here in Chester's Mill.
Sam: Buckle up, kid. It's about to get a lot weirder.

    • Hunter: Personally, I'm thinking the storage space but if we're really digging into the space-time of it all, the colonial's got that whole Narnia spin.
Referencing the fictional fantasy kingdom (and the primary country in it) created by C.S. Lewis in 1950 for his Chronicles of Narnia books. It is filled with a variety of mythical creatures and magic is common.
