Always wanted to watch this show and finally did it tonight... about Peavey. So at the end the 3 employees involved got "prices" why? what does that say to the audience that we don't already know that often times employees are trying to do our jobs but management doesn't really relate to us at that level, and we get "paid" if we get on television? And to put salt on the wound, 2 of the employees weren't happy at the end because Peavey closed the manufacturing plant. The guy who the boss said was a "keeper" was going to a better job just to be convinced by the boss to stay, then shortly after closes the plant! There you go for believing the bull.
A better show would be: The boss visits the employees, and as a result, find way to re-engineers the business and stabilizes and grow to support the current employees.
The last 3 shows has been STRANGE.... the guy at the car rep. body shop.. Just LOOK how fake it is... AND the last.. the hairdresser thing.. The bosses are really bad acters.. I am sure they are telling the bosses what to say and the employees as well. Just watch the change since the 3 first seasons... This is STAGED!! :( sniff sniff ;( i used to love this show...
Disgusting. I've enjoyed most of the shows but this guy was a pervert. I thought it was wrong for him to fire the bartender and not give her a second chance. He didn't like his experience with her and she was just being honest about not liking working there. He didn't give her a second chance. Instead another girl was his "bikini babe" who had made mistakes but he gave her option to get a boob job. Really? What boss does that? Totally disgusting! No wonder he's not married and is a playboy. Noticed in one part of the show a picture he had a picture of Hugh Hefner on the wall. This place is worse than Hooters. Surprised CBS ran this episode. He could easily be brought up on charges. Normally this is a heart warming show this was the worst.
Too many shows to choose from to continue watching this show. After the Bikinis episode the "Under Cover" concept has been lost in the true reason why these bosses are going undercover. Must be running out of valid companies to have bosses go under cover. In my book, Undercover Boss has been cancelled.
We've watched Undercover Boss since the beginning and were TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the airing of the BIKINIS show! The CBS management team has reached an all time new LOW by allowing the airing of this episode. I don't care if that sicko CEO did take time 'out of his busy schedule' to work through the undercover process; this CEO and his sexist attitude demonstrated absolutely NO RESPECT to females. By airing his repeated 'BREASTaurant' comments, CBS promoted his view of women as 'objects' & not thinking, viable individuals.
I hope the fired bartender takes action, hires a lawyer & files a defamation of character suit against the CEO. A priceless, teachable opportunity was missed when the CEO DID NOT take action & implement a training program for ALL corporate guidelines for when to stop serving.
As for 'offering' to pay for a boob WHAT A to mention the waitress who was willing to jump with . She really is a sad case as well.
The show has aired and millions have seen it. The initial damage has been done. I can only hope that three things might yet be forthcoming:
1. CBS will air a public apology in multiple venues (on air/newspaper ads/social media posts) for their poor judgment in airing such stupidity.
2. CBS will STOP this episode from ever airing again as a rerun.
3. CBS will be more conscientious when airing any further episodes of Undercover Boss. It is not the business that was as offensive as the pompous CEO who obviously believes he is a gift to all mankind! The HOOTERS episode demonstrated a respect for its female employees. Sadly, this jerk did not! BIKINIS really is a CLASSLESS Hooters.
In our household we look forward to watching this show. I am very disappointed that the producers actually allowed this episode to air.
The CEO for Bikinis bar and grill was horrible. First offering to help one of his employees to get bigger boobies!!! Does he know what health hazards are caused by this type of procedure. encapsulation of the breast and hardening of the breast, yet he was concerned over the customer who was drinking too much?
Then firing an employee and offering to send her resume to other prospective employers, is he kidding? I could not believe that he was allowed to do this? I will not be surprised if the x-employee get an attorney to possibly sue him!
I hope that the producers will not show this again, I really want to continue to watch this program with the positive CEO that mentor and help employees to be part of their team.
The CEO & Founder of Bikini's is such a sexist. I used to love Undercover Boss but this episode was completely disgusting. He just doesn't get it. The woman who was fired for not wearing the bikini top & for continuing to serve a man who probably drank too much to drink was not being fair. She could have been counseled and given another chance. But no, what he really didn't like about her was her lack of passion for his "breastaurant". I found the term very offense. So, he fired her. That's his business but I bet many viewers didn't agree. I wouldn't want a daughter of mine to make a career of working at that joint. He didn't even have medical insurance for his Managers. I'm glad he gave it to that one woman but just her? His reward for that Bikini Babe" manager was to pay for the care her daughter needs. She should have had medical insurance for his manager in the first place. What a jerk! Gee, I'd be thrilled to have a breast enlargement surgery instead of a monetary reward for working at a job. I do suppose the CEO thinks of himself as a Hugh Hefner of sports bars. Why didn't CBS consider how offense this episode is to many women before the try aired it. This show had taken a dive!
The bikini babe show was awful. This CEO needs a reality check as he was looking for servers who wanted a lifetime career there. I am not sure how may women appreciate working at age 70, waiting for social security still serving in bikinis. Unless the benefits for working there are so good they can retire early. Also, the one young lady was promoted to bartender and is working her way to a bigger bikini. What does that mean? Is a bigger bikini what there is in life? This is a job for people working through college for a BETTER, REAL career. Horrible show. This CEO demeans women.
After watching the episode of Under Cover Boss, I know I will never patronize Bikinis bar and grill. This is a very LOW LOW for Under COVER BOSS. I love their programs but felt this is NOT what I expect to see when watching this program. Bikini's CEO is a sexist pig and I hope to that their establishments continue to loose business. To buy a girl bigger boobs if she does well in her job is just trashy TV and Trashy business. As a Male business manger I would consider this violation of sexual harassment laws for a manger to be buying a subordinate new boobs! And great accolades to the girl he fired for not showing it all on TV, she did the right thing walking out on the CEO and the show UNDER COVER BOSS. I'm sure she is doing a lot better where ever she lands, and if I could hire her I would she is a lot better person than the CEO ever will be!
The CEO of the Bikini Sports Bar is an asshole. He used an unfair means to get information which he used to fire an employee. She only confided in him because she thought he was a regular employee. I hope that other people see this and realize what an asshole he is. I have been a waiter, bartender, manager, and other positions in the service industry. When I saw the show Undercover Boss about the Bikini Sports Bar it made me very angry. He didn't even try to apologize for ruining that girl's life. And he should have had it made clear that he expected the same dress code during the TV broadcast. He seemed surprised that she didn't want to wear the bikini top on TV--but then, many women probably have a hard time wearing that uniform everyday. They just deal with it because it is expected for the job. However, when they start work there, they don't automatically agree to wear that same outfit on TV! Did he EVEN think about that? I would really like to know. If there was a Bikini Sports Bar in Chicago, I would go in there and tell them that in person. Trainerjim22

I've been there for 5 years; seeing it change from an Outbound/Inbound Facility, to a Customer Returns Center. Things are not good, management has no idea what we workers have to deal with. They make policies without even talking to "the people who do the jobs" , we know what works and what doesn't, and all they do is to find new ways to "write us up"!
I have 2 Bachelor's Degrees, 2 minors and Massage Therapy School, management doesn't care; They don't care HOW LONG YOU HAVE WORKED FOR THE COMPANY", NO SENIORITY!
I have trained dozens of people, and then, I watch them get the good jobs, increase in pay, and more responsibility. To have your manager tell you they will not support me getting a Processing Assistant Tier 3 position!! I'm stuck in processing HELL, I hear others talk about "how to cheat to get the best rates. I NEED THIS JOB, I work hard everyday, I GET 3 BREAKS IN THE 10 HOUR SHIFT, 1ST BREAK 9:30AM, I GET TO GO TO THE BATHROOM; LUNCH AT 12:30 IS BATHROOM #2; THEN LAST BREAK AT 3:30 and the last BATHROOM BREAK!! I don't stop to walk around and talk to others. I'm there to work, to do a job, that I feel proud of doing.

Another one of CBS' yeasty Reality TV shows once again proves the old adage, "The Road To Hell Is Paved With Good Intentions". Undercover Boss is a show about how CEO's of certain companies decide to be in disguise as a mere employee of their company just to see how things fare for them.
This is by far, one of the flimsiest of premises for a Reality TV show. A rueful attempt for us to feel even the slightest concern on just how those bigwigs can relate to their wage slaves on an even keel.
This show is SO fake. I don't know anyone who would open up there life and circumstances to a total stranger and new employee. It's SO OBVIOUS. Give it up. I would rate it a 0 but this site doesn't offer that option.
watched the show not how family dollar works i know have worked there for 6 years i feel the show is pre arranged and not spontanous i also feel undercover boss should go to other locations and see what really goes on underpaid workers and some very unhappy workers if they do not believe me look at family dollars face book page
I absolutely love your show. The only thing that bothers me is that during the show you constantly give previews of what's coming up. I would really like to be surprised at the end along with the employees. It just takes away from the whole show. Thanks :)
to start with having a "new" employee followed around with a camera crew is plain silly. the object of the show is interesting. the end of the show burns my hide, giving a select few employees trips to disney land, paying off hospital bills,giving them thousands of dollars. what about the rest of the people working in the company? every one of them deserve the same treatment that these few recieve. everyone (which is a generalisation) has something going on in their lives where they need help,they all work for to better themselves which in todays economy is very hard. when they show the ceo's multi-million dollar homes with their expensive toys. why doesn't the ceo impliment changes such as taking a paycut of themselves and the upper senior staff and distributing that to their hard working employees. now that would be a show to remember and maybe even a company to work for.
I think it was awful that you exposed that young man that way. Either show his reckless behavior and help him rehabilitate, (because I think he was just talking fire him and don't show that part of the episode, you have possibly destroyed his working carreer for life. SHAME ON YOU
I just watched this company's Undercover Boss show and was appalled on how petty this CEO was at the end of the show. I know he can't please everyone , but giving the hardest, and most physical worker of his company which is a truck loader and gave him a lousy, lousy .25$ raise!!!!!!!!!! What planet does this CEO come from or maybe he just wanted to be cheap and condescending to the truck loaders who work for his company!!

I worked at the Popeye's in Tomball, Texas....sure wished they had gone there!! Poorly operated and FILTHY!! Nastiest place I have ever been employed....while all the trainees try to get answers to questions that are work related the assistant manager is too busy looking at pornography with his 'boys' to answer simple, valid questions..Leeches in the cooler with the food and managers that wont throw it away due to costs!! If they were a legit deal they would return calls from corporate as they assure they will!! THEY DON'T CARE!! UNDERCOVER BOSS used to be one show I looked forward to watching but now I feel like it is probably staged and the stores they 'visited' really don't exist!! That lady should have gone to the root of the issue and that store should've been on the list of visits made...very disappointed with the fake persona that you guys claim to be real!! Start with the best, the cook, who was awesome. Got what he deserved, money and back pay. Girl getting fired because she didn't want to be on camera being filmed. Yes, over served, but no second chance. Next, girl getting rewarded for next 6 months of not being on phone by getting fake boobs, really? And last, but not least, the most disgusting, the manager, not having health insurance until he activated it until "4 days prior" to her meeting him. What a disgusting CEO Doug Fuller is. No wonder his restaurants are empty.
I was intrigued with Undercover Boss by it's trailers at the time. But then I watched a few episodes, gave it some chances to come around, it never changed, and it's boring, biased altogether I'm completely turned off by. It's staged!! How is it so coincidental that the boss goes undercover touching those coincendental, certain minisculed hardshipped indviduals on the front line from the handful of others just as bad off within such large organizations; unless, the show's producers aren't working in unison already with voluntary corporate American CEO's of pre-selecting the cast to prop up as so wholesome?
That was the worse episode that I have ever seen on TLC UNDERCOVER BOSS. What a bunch of cheap skates I think they could of done a better job expressing their gratitude for the employees. They did absolutely nothing for their employees..... Really swimming classes for an 8 year old, or 1000.00 for the hot dog man and letting him throw the ball. They sucked!!!!

I like the show. I like the concept. I like the idea of modeling concern, support and philanthropy. Sometimes, though, greater efficiency would speak volumes about how customers and the surrounding community are valued. Someone should look at the Safeway grocery chain. There is no consistency in the way the neighborhoods it serves are treated. Spoiled or about-to-spoil meat is moved to stores in poorer communities. With luck, a clerk might hip a customer about what to avoid. Some areas are better stocked, are cleaner and staff better trained than others. There is a training store at Georgia Avenue and Piney Branch Road in NW Washington, DC - an area where home prices are$300,000 and up. There are a lot of problems and neighborhood support is waning, especially among those with the wherewithal to go elsewhere. With Harris Teeter, Weis and Wegman's moving into the area, along with lower-cost chains like Food Lion and Aldi, the company is not responding well to competition. At the store referenced above, there are a lot of seniors in that community with no transportation and few options. It sure could use another pair of eyes and some course correction.
Since the crash of 08' people do not trust corporations or Wall Street and what a nice way to show companies" have a heart" than this show. The CEO or COO go undercover to show that they are trying to see the company, from the "johnny paychecks" world view. Give me a break! All companies care about is profits, and their brand image. The Boston Market episode illustrates that brainwashed idea about brand, if I heard the director of marketing say it once; I heard it 10 more times. This show is an hour long jerk fest, to build brand recognition and to make customers think that companies A, B and C really care about them and now they care about their employees too. Wrong, companies care about your money and your willingness to return. Can't you feel the phoney sweetness when you go into some businesses? One of the largest fixed cost of a business is payroll and if they could get people to work for nothing or, better yet, get programmable androids to do the work they would be tickled pink. So please understand this, if change is what employees want, the only changes that will be made are 1. Changes that don't really cost any money and don't negatively impact the bottom line 2. Or changes that only positively affect the bottom line (like the investment made in this show and the prize
