(this saga ends) ------------------------ Joel/Cassie/Carl Chuck/Lonnie written by Dave Holden, directed by Danny Salles Joel just got back from a date that went awful. He talks with his roommate Chuck and Lonnie. They give Joel some pointers, but it isn't helpful. They leave to take a shower and Joel is alone... until Cassie comes in. She tells Joel she just got a date with this guy Carl. As they talk, they take their clothes off to preapre for sex. They are "back-up buddies", which means that they come to each other after a date and have sex, but they also hold a strong friendship. Chuck comes back, Cassie leaves, and Chuck asks them why they aren't dating. Cassie reminds him they couldn't date because it would ruin the back-up buddies thing. Cassie leaves and Chuck questions Joel. It seems that Joel really likes Cassie and DOES want her as more than a back-up buddy. Joel finds Cassie in the lounge where she has her eye on Carl. Joel is about to tell Cassie about how he likes her, but Carl comes over and proposes their date. Joel is a jealous. Cassie asks what he wanted to tell her and he tells her it will wait. Joel goes back to his room with Chuck and Chuck gives him good advice to put up a good fight against Carl. ------------------------- Marlon/Loretta/Chip written by Elise Allen, directed by Marcus Spiegel Marlon and Loretta continue role-playing, and it leads to the bathroom tub.
