It's after school detention in the auditorium and there are 5 people there. Robby and Christina, who are punk-rockers that are dating, Winona and Josh, who seem to like each other, and Stanley, a rich, preppy guy who once dated Christina. It seems like things ended on a bad note between Stanley and Christina because they are constantly bickering. The possessive Robby thinks something is up and tries to catch Christina with Stanley. Meanwhile, Christina and Stanley are talking in the dressing room and they reveal to each other that they never got over the relationship, and they kiss. Robby walks in and tells Stanley to back off. Christina says the kiss meant nothing and it was to just play with Robby's mind. Christina and Robby go off somewhere to make out, and it makes Stanley jealous.

Cassie gets upset, but goes to Joel to talk. She lets him know Carl was an idiot and considers giving Joel a chance at being her boyfriend. She goes to the bathroom and Carl comes in. Carl tells her that he's upset that she never came clean to him on her candel-omus and Cassie is floored. She bursts back into Joel's room to yell at him for meddling.
