I have to say i'm completely psyched for the new season, I watched the entire first season today and instantly fell in love with all of the characters. Marshall is definitely my favorite though, he's just this cute and wonderful guy who just wants another to love him back. Tara and her alter ego's are just something else, although funny, I can't help feel bad for her.
The series balances its dramatic edge well with its comedic background; it stands tall on developing their characters and knows who exactly they are - even if they don't. I wasn't a fan of Juno, I felt the movie was over-rated and unrealistic but it had class. This series is definitely a step forward in Cody's career and I wish her the best of luck with season two and future endeavourers. I love how the family treats each other, how the respect flows from individual to individual, and I love how the series is written, so thank the great minds of Spielberg and Cody for that.
I fealt Jason made a huge mistake. He should've just opened his eyes and his heart to see what was already in front of him, something more than some simpleton of a girl could ever give him. Rather, a world of openess and happiness, clearity of himself and his sexuality, but instead he will stay closet bound until he's forty and unhappily married.
With Kate I fealt she definitely had a case for sexual harrasment, but had absolutey no proof of her bosses stalking nature, because if she had found a way to prove that he was continuously stalking her even after their break up she could have won. Plus the fact the guy was like twenty something and she was only fifteen she could get him for statutory rape, but that doesn't really affect the restaurant, does it.
I love the Max, and Tara's sister and I hope she gets with Niel, because not only does he love lost but he seems like a catch too.
So the wait is on, but the thing is, most great shows come with patience.
