Myths of Pearl Harbor
AIRED:
Pearl Harbor was one of the greatest sea and air battles of the history. For many years, it's been said that the Japanese soldiers attacked first and that they were guilty of the deaths. However, many historians have doubts about this and they believe that the American soldiers overreacted against a simple exploration mission, provoking the Japanese troops to attack. With the help of experts and pictures taken during the battle, Unsolved History will try to determine what really happened that day.moreless

  • Execlent report on pearl harbor. I only wonder if the missing minisub is the reason the ships exploded in the ammo.harbor. After all they still had the sub to use as a bomb.moreless

If the minisub had used both fish, and managed to not be noticed. It would seem to me that they would use the sub as there last bomb. Surly they had studied the lay out of the intire harbor. It also seems to me that each sub would have

it's own mission once they were in the harbor. If this thinking is true, and we know that they wern't planning to surrender. Then this is a very strong possibly. If i remember

my history, the cause of the explosion on ammo. row was never really explained. However if the minisub had gotten under the ships and exploded,it would explain the mystery.

I don't think anybody has ever looked into this. After all

untill now everyone has thought that there weren't any subs in the harbor. If this is the way it happened, then the

sub parts should still be there. After all, nobody is looking

for a sub in ammo bay.moreless

Director Erik Nelson and Pearl-based National Park Service historian Daniel Martinez were scheduled aboard the jet that slammed into the Pentagon, but changed flights because of the shoot. "We tried crossing town past the burning Pentagon, and in a very direct sense saw the parallels between 9/11 and December 7," states Nelson, who ended up driving cross-country with Martinez.
