Well, the Melanie Oudin journey is over. The teenager who became an overnight sensation fought valiantly but got completely dominated by her opponent. Oudin has a bright future ahead of her, but she needs to not take this loss lightly; not dwell on it, but do not think she is entitled to being considered a top talent now when this is her first real run in a Grand Slam.
