The U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix is a three stop alpine snowboarding competition that has been held annually since 1996. This alpine competition is held at premier ski and snow mountain resorts around the United States. The best snowboarders in the world compete in three distinct events. The Halfpipe, Boardercross, and slopestyle. The riders compete for points in the halfpipe and slopestyle, and 'first one to the bottom' for boardercross. The overall points winner is crowned Overall Champion. Past champions include Shaun White, Louie Vito and Cindy Jacobellis, some of which are also olympic alpine snowboarding winners.
