      • The episode of Armored Fleet Dairugger XV used to create this episode of Voltron is titled "Fierce Battle in the Underground City". In that episode, Galveston Supreme Commander Al Caponero (Drule Viceroy Throk in Voltron.) and two other Galveston Commanders try to escape in a Battle Attacker (Robeast in Voltron.). However Diarugger (Voltron) destroys the Battle Attacker killing Caponero and everybody else aboard. Also, a rebel force lead by Commander Teles (Hazar in Voltron.) and Captain Sirk (Dorma in Voltron.) storms the throne room of Galveston Emperor Corsair (Emperor Zeppo in Voltron.). As Teles points his laser pistol at Corsair to kill him, one of Corsair's aides fires his own laser pistol and shoots the pistol out of Teles' hand. Sirk then shoots and kills the aid. As the aide dies he fires several random laser blasts. One of those stray blasts strikes Emperor Corsair killing him.
