      • Jeffrey: You mean Voyagers don't get time off for holidays?
Bogg: Well, I'm sorry, but if we didn't do our job when it needs doing, there'd be nothing for folks to celebrate.
        Jeffrey: It doesn't seem fair.
Bogg: No. No, I guess it isn't. Jeff, you know if there was any way for the Omni to get you back home...
Jeffrey: I know, I know. But anyway, with Mom and Dad gone, home just wouldn't be the same. Thanks.

      • Jeffrey: Did you hear what he called that man?
Bogg: Yeah, it's a shame. But if I can learn to live with a name like Bogg, he can adjust to one like Gompers.
Jeffrey: Samuel Gompers was the greatest labor leader America ever had. My great-grandfather knew him real well.
        Bogg: Yeah?
Jeffrey: Without him, people would still be working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Like Voyagers.

      • Washington: You know, I hate boats. I'm just lucky I never joined the navy. I get seasick.
Bogg: Mind a bit of advice?
Washington: Good advice I never mind, bad advice I tolerate.
Bogg: Stand in the bow. Uh, you get the wind in your face. Makes your stomach think it's on dry land.
        Washington: I'll try it.
        Bogg: Okay.
Washington: Thanks again. And Merry Christmas, boys.
        Jeffrey: Merry Christmas, General Washington.
        Bogg: Merry Christmas.
