Wake, Rattle & Roll

Show Summary

Wake, Rattle & Roll was a daily syndicated morning entry produced by Hanna-Barbera. RJ Williams portrayed Sam, a kid who had his own basement hangout. His friend is his robot named DECKS, built by his grandfather. He also has a friend named KC & an annoying older sister named Debbie. There were two cartoon segments in the series. MONSTER TAILS: A group of pets (each one having a characteristic of their owners) who lived in a Transylvanian castle with their master Igor Jr. FENDER BENDER 500: The Wacky Races of the 90's which had the racers drive monster trucks. Competitors included Yogi & Boo Boo (#1), Huck & Snagglepuss (#2), Wally Gator & Magilla Gorilla (#3), Top Cat & Beany (#4), Quick Draw McGraw & Baba Looey (#5), Pixie & Dixie (#6), Augie Doggie & Doggie Daddy (#7), Winnie Witch and her cat Lucky (#13), along with those famous evil doers (who won a race once in a while) Dick Dastardly & Muttley (#00). Shadoe Stevens (of Hollywood Squares), provided the narration! After one season in syndication, the series moved to The Disney Channel & was retitled "JUMP RATTLE & ROLL". Since there was no commercials on Disney Channel at the time, filler cartoons used were "Dino and the Cave Mouse" or re-runs of "Undercover Elephant."moreless
