    A retired ranger and his wife are at a jewelry store buying a gift for their daughter's college graduation. In bust a group of men to rob the store and the daughter gets caught in the crossfire. She is alive but in a coma. It turns out that this group has hit other jewelry stores in the past. The only clue is a tattoo that one of the men had on his arm. Well the retired ranger decides that he is going to go out and find the men who did this and get justice for his daughter's shooting. Walker, Syd and Trivette are also on the case. When they find out that the ex-ranger is working solo Walker confronts him and tells him to back off and let the ranger's do their job. But Walker feels bad for the ex-ranger and for the reasons that he retired and gets him his job back just in time for them to take down the leader of the gang that was robbing the stores.moreless
