    Well we find out here where Walker learned his martial arts from. Yoshi, the son of the man who taught him shows up in Dallas. His business trip is related to a senator importing stuff from Japan. Turns out the senator had been using his power to import stuff into the US and when a man from the Yakuza tried to stop his national treasures from disappearing the senator and his business partner have him killed. The Yakuza then follow them to Dallas to get blood in revenge. Walker and Trivette are assigned to protect the senator but as Walker finds out the truth he wants the senator to live just so he can go to jail. Walker fights Yoshi to protect the life of the senator. But it turns out the senator has a different plan and comes in to try to kill Yoshi and Walker so he doesn't have to go to jail. Yoshi survives and disappears back to Japan.
