    That was Tracy Lawrence, who had a number of hits, including "If The World Had a Front Porch", "Alibis", "Time Marches On", "Paint Me a Birmingham", "Find Out Who Your Friends Are"and "If the Good Die Young". He had a thread of videos with a "Quantum Leap" vibe.
