Jimmy Wleck who played Trent has moved on to other roles. He's married and living in Los Angeles with his family. His latest role was in the movie Don't Tell. He has finished filming this movie.

Marco Sanchez (Carlos) has also moved on. His lastest role was in Richard III in 2006. I think he's married and living in Texas or CA.

Okay but I'm not sure if I completely understood your question, so...

As far as the characters Trent and Carlos, they probably disappeared. Like a lot of 'minor' characters on tv shows, once they're off, we never find out what happened to them. My guess would be that they are still working together like they did on Sons of Thunder.

Yeah but that's just my guess.

On a side note did anyone else find it stupid that they didn't come back for Walker and Alex's wedding.

I just noticed what my message said and I have no idea how that happened...lol.

I found it dumb that Trent and Carlos weren't there either. And C.D. was there either. He was in Japan.

I know! Like CD wouldn't have done ANYTHING to make it back for that! *rolls eyes* The editors were asleep for that one.

Yeah it was really stupid, but I guess the actors were either busy or cbs were to cheap.

Hey this is Rod from the show... Now don't hold me to this but rumor had it on the set that Marco was not asked back on the show or either he was released from the show due to Chuck Norris finding out that he was involved in some adult films that he didn't disclose prior to them hiring him... To me both were a pleasure to work with. Especially Dawn Maxey who played Kim Sutter. She was a crack up and could be off color too. In the "Sons of Thunder" episode "Lost and Found", we were filming at a biker bar in Farmers Branch just a short ways from the Amedaus studios. Well this biker bar had a septic system that was backed up and that place just down right stunk the whole time we were filming. Well Dawn was making some funny crude jokes about the smell of the place and had the guys in stitches...hey my kind of girl!

    Rod

The show sons of thunder cost to much to produce. That is why it wasn't picked up, not because of some porno crap.

Did say it wasn't picked up because "of some porno crap"... Just giving you guys some insight from someone that worked on the show. I giving the benefit of the doubt that that wasn't said in disrespect...

Hey Rod. Thanks for giving us information. I would be really disappointed if that was the reason. Not because of Chuck--because of Marco (Carlos). Please understand that it isn't that we don't believe you--we're just trying to be careful who we get our hopes up for. Either way...welcome again to the boards.

    Not a word Patrick...

Both Marco Sanchez and Jimmy Wlcyek reside in California. They act on occasion, and you will often in guest starring roles on shoes like CSI, SVU, crime shows and other things like that.Marco Sanchez has not appeared in any films of an explicit nature."Sons of Thunder" was not picked up by CBS because of the cost of the show, and for no other reason.

he said it was a rumor, and since everyone else involved in the WTR/SOT thing said it was the money, i'd bet that's what it was
