Watchdog is one my favourite non-fiction show. It gives the "little" person a change to fight back at the "big boys". Companies that are often so arrogant they do not seem to care or even notice that their customer have complaints. This show brings in an element of accountability. The show not only focuses on big companies but smaller ones too the cowboys. It is quite amazing how far some of these cowboys will go to make a quick buck and rip people off.

ITV have tried several time to create a show to rival BBC Watchdog, but have never succeeded. Watchdog is excellent, long may it continue.moreless
