So, Nancy takes a test that proves she has about 2/3 compatability with Esteban. Great, I mean, it's not as if we did not know that they were a bad match for two seasons now, but are still together due to Nancy possibly being a bit power hungry (first seen with her asking Guillermo to kill Esteban's opponent, and now with her smiling at Esteban's political success). If this was Weeds' way of trying to get people excited about the season finale then they failed in a big, big way, because this was one of the least eventful episodes of the season.moreless
  • OMFG!

    3.6
Weeds is becoming increasingly unreliable than the stock market. The whole episode makes me think if the actors even want to act. First off, Celia and Ignacio - why on earth did the writers decide to experiment this combination. Ignacio turning into a laughing stock from once being a fearful gangsta simply makes me wanna poke both my eyes. Dean acting like a black man was a teeny bit funny. And Doug didn't get enough screen time - and why would they wanna cut off the only character who could make us laugh.

Now Nancy gets tossed around the police station looking for Estaban, and guess what she decides to do. Play some stupid quizzes from some 30 year old magazine. Cesar reveals his softer side in an elevator- a scene which was completely unnecessary.

I am not saying this is how its got to work, because I like it this way. It's just that when you watch a lot of TV, you know whats quality and whats not.moreless
  • Poor Nancy...Yay Andy?

    10
Poor Nancy looking everywhere for her husband.. and no one is willing to help. And Andy overjoyed that he's going to marry Alanis.. which i think she is a good actress, but i love my andy to be with nancy...

And then after a stress day looking for her husband only to come home and see him on tv as the new Mayor... because he wasnt kidnapped or arrested just lured away from by his family by the mexican fem fatile.... well Nancy never has any luck with men.. most likely like the rest of Nancy's husbands he will die in the season finale.... And as for Andy.. he says hes getting married... i doubt it!moreless
  • A great episode.

    9.5
I really enjoyed watching this episode. It was the first in this season that really focused on emotions between the characters, with a little comedy side-story about Celia. The idea of Andy and Nancy solving a 35-year old quiz was just so new and refreshing, and we could finally see at the end all the cards laid on the table. Esteban is a week bastard who again fell under Pilar's nails, and Nancy is back on her feet after many episodes of blindness. I would really like Andy to marry Audra mostly because I love Alanis Morissette and I would like to see her again in the sixth season. By the way, I was horrified with Shane's behaviour this episode. Creepy.

    Overall, a great episode.moreless

Normally I like every episode from this show, but this one was surprisingly boring. Nothing of substance happened and therewas no tension. There wasn't even much addition to the storyline. This episode was a rare miss for this show. I look forward to better episodes in the future.

One thing that might have maid this episode better would be if it included Alanis Morisette. I love her relationship with Andy. Although Andy talks about their relationship and taking it to the next step, I was still left wanting. I still love this show and will keep watching, but I do hope for more from the next episode.moreless
