Weeds Season 7 Episode 8

Synthetics was a perfect episode of Weeds because there was a lot of character and plot development for most of the characters. Andy wants to go legit while Silas is being stubborn and gets a wake up call from a competitor, meeting a hot girl in the process. Shane and his scenes with the detective were funny and very interesting. Nancy can't seem to do anything but get herself and every one around her tangled up in a mess. The way this episode played out to the last scene was amazing and left me wanting more! I can't wait to watch the next episode of Weeds to see what happens!!!!!!!

Nancy digs into the company's database and copies Doug's files to a flash drive to find out that they're backups of the useless files. Also returned is Zoya, Nancy's prison cell mate, who made a deal and is back in her brother Demetri's house. Silas gets shaken down by the guy who's building Nancy stole business wise and tells him to cease and desist with his partner Emma who takes an interest in Silas. Turns out they work for Pouncy House which is party favor like selling place. Nancy asks the CEO out for dinner at an expensive place while wearing a wire but can't get any useful information out of the guy about business. Nancy is released from the halfway house since she is working for the SCC now but the investigation still needs to work in order for her release to stay concrete. There is now a love triangle between Nancy, Demetri, and Zoya and with the fact that Andy no longer wants to be the front business and Demetri and Zoya both want in on the business itself as partners all about to smoke up a joint before the CEO's eyes and Nancy wearing a wire it made for a well polished slick explosion of crap that Nancy has to wade through.

"Synthetics" was not the worst episode of Weeds I have ever seen, it really was not, but I will explain how my score of 5 out of 10 is entirely justified and it just takes two words: the end.

The final scene with Zoya's return and the attempt to cover-up the weed deal was just so bad. The dialogue was hard to understand and was not even really well-written at all. They were all too relaxed for what they were saying. It was just five minutes of an absolute train wreck of TV.
