  • Weeds begins to close storylines for the 4th season.

"Till We Meet Again" was better than most of the season as Weeds begins to end for a year. Mermex Maria finds Andy has sex with him, which of course, angers Doug. Shane gets pot for the goth skanks. Nancy informs Till about the tunnel.

Of course as usual, the storylines are beginning to go a little overboard with Shane getting pot, but that has basically been this season in a nutshell. The season has been good, but the writers are not at their best here.

Some viewers may be happy to see a brief full frontal from Justin Kirk, others may be happy to see the season finish. Whatever you are looking for, this episode brings you back to why you first started watching it. It is very reminiscent of the first or second seasons and should be watched by people who enjoyed those.moreless

This was indeed a very special episode. Unarguably, a very well written, well conceived, and amazingly directed 30 minutes of TV. After a streak of seemingly boring, unfunny, and painful episodes, this one has definitely given the show a shot in the arm. I give my two thumbs up to the director, who has has pretty well managed to intertwine both drama and comedy sequences with perfect timing.

You can feel your pulse race when the DEA raids the store, and a couple of minutes later laugh your guts out, when Andy apologizes to Doug, or when Shane tries to procure weed from Silas.

With a couple of minutes left for the show to end, when you are actually feeling good for having watched a good Weeds episode after a long time. Well, what do you know..we are not done yet. Mr. DEA agent is actually being shredded using a chainsaw.

The blood detail is gory and overwhelming, and totally uncalled for in a TV show that falls under the comedy genre. Man, I sure loved this episode.

Final word:- nice comeback episode, a sign of good times to come (hopefully)moreless

  • Things get serious, and everything's beginning to hit the fan as we pull up to the season finale.

If you're even a fairly consistent watcher of Weeds, this episode might feel like unfamiliar terrain. It shows the 'dark' in dark comedy, with dramatic turns in every storyline. All these actions will undoubtedly be explored for episodes to come; Weeds has a knack for showing the consequences every action, however unimportant they might seem. Not to mention the finale, which will probably turn every plotline upside-down, complicating the story as only the Weeds writers know how.

On the other end, it wasn't funny. But it's the meatiest episode this season, and things can only go up from here. Was great seeing Nancy with a Rubik's cube too.moreless

  • Nancy becomes an informant of the D.E.A.. Andy has sex with Maria. Shane gets some of his brother's weed. And Celia apologizes to Isabelle for her mistakes in the past...

Once upon a time, there were seasons of Weeds, which were easy, not too dramatic buthilariously funny. But the years went by and the writers of Weeds thought, "Why shouldn't we try it with more drama?"
So at first Nancy was someone's dealer. After this someone got shot, she was the dealer of some other guy. Then her home burned down, because of this other guy, so she went to a new town. There she was the saleswoman and girlfriend of a very important guy. Until she found out, that the smuggling was not just about drugs, but also weapons and girls. So Nancy decides to ask the police for help and risks her relationship with the very important guy. Now do you think that Nancy will ever live happily ever after?
The last Episode of Weeds was the most brutal and dark episode I've ever seen in a twenty-minutes comedy! It definitely wasn't bad... it's just not what I expected of my favourite comedy show - a disgusting bloody grinding-machine-disaster.
What else? Well, we got to see Justin Kirk naked, which I, didn't enjoy as much as girls might have. We found out that Celia's healing process can proceed very fast, if Elizabeth Perkins' storyline is criticized and Hunter Parrish and his MILF were missed a little bit.
You know that you can classify the episodes. Well, I want the Weeds episodes back, where I can classify it as "series classic" or "Exactly why I watch this series". What we saw yesterday isn't the Weeds we know and love at all. And the season will definitely stay this outrageous and exciting, but not funny and provoking. And funny is the reason why I started to watch Weeds.moreless
