In this episode when Holly is leaving Tina a message, she is sitting on a rock in front of a red fence; this set has been used in the Charmed episode "House Call" (S05E13) which is also a show that aired on The WB.
Goof/Nitpick: During the scene where Holly and Vince are on the beach hugging, the captions give the lyrics to a song that is supposed to be playing. The only music that is playing is the WILAY music that they use to end each episode.
Val: I'm not married! I'm not married!
Lauren: Oh! Me neither! And we're over 30! I don't like this game.
Holly: (to young man on the beach) Such a big corn dog for such a little man.
Vince: (Holly makes a noise in the woods) What was that?
Ricki: I don't know(gets closer to Vince) like an elephant or something.
Vince: Ricki, that wasn't an elephant, that was a human scream.
Ricki: Yeah, but thats because the elephants are eating them. Lets go!
Lauren: What are you doing?
Val (flipping through the phone book after Vic leaves): Looking for a lawyer.
Lauren (gasps): You pig! You're already married to a fireman, and now you want a lawyer?!
Val: No. Mr and Mrs. Fireman are getting an annulment.
Vince: Holly? How'd you get here?
Ricki: It's obvious. She's a stalker. She followed us here.
Holly: I did not follow you here, I hid in the back of your car! God, you are so stupid!
Lauren (to Val): How come when you get drunk you get married, but when I get drunk I just get puffy?!
Lauren(to Val): God made you drunk and sent you a man. And not just any man, a man that you had feelings for!
Holly(to little girl, who won't give Holly her hot dog): You know, if I wasn't so weak from hunger, I'd kick your little ass! (little girl runs away)
International Air Dates:
Czech Republic: December 8th, 2010 on TV Nova
First appearance of Vic since "Loose Lips" (season 1).
This episode carries the third season opening sequence.
This episode begins with Holly (Amanda Bynes) saying, "Previously on What I Like About You..." and then it cuts to scenes from "Enough is Enough (2)."
The WB used a real cop-out to explain why Vic is replacing Todd: Val dreamed that whole scene where Todd comes out of the bathroom. This episode opens with the original Todd scene, and then it is extended to where we see Val wake up, and Vic comes out of the bathroom.
This episode's title takes on a few meanings. Baby could be referring to Vince as Holly's 'baby'. It could also mean Baby Back Ribs, as Holly made a comment about Chili's Baby Back Ribs. The reason behind Holly's wanting Baby Back Ribs (and Vince working there in subsequent episodes) is that throughout the fourth season of WILAY, The WB and Chili's Bar and Grill Family Restaurants teamed up to form a charity to help research at St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
Gary: Movin on up, to the east side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.
This is reference to the theme songs to the TV Show The Jeffersons. The show ran for 11 seasons, the longest-running series (sitcom or otherwise) featuring a predominantly African American cast.
This episode refers to the restaurant Chilli's #1 item on their menu, Baby Back Ribs
