The use of on-the-spot pictures and the daily editorial combine to utilize television's great potential. Mr. Daly does not avoid controversial issues but he is never dogmatic. His distinctive contribution to television reporting and news commentary have established such high standards of quality and public acceptance as to win for Mr. Daly a select position at the summit of his profession.
