    • ALL ABOUT DOROTHY
Whoooooo's happy that Dorothy is back??? I AM, I AM, I AM!!!! And so is the panel:
TP: "Ladies and gentlemen, may I present a star of radio and television, and the LeRoy Hospital...back with us again and we're glad to see her...Miss Dorothy Kilgallen!"
Dorothy emerges...looking STUNNING! You would never have guessed she had been ill. Had I been in the audience that night, I would have stood up and cheered!
When Bennett comes on, he puts his arm around Dorothy and gives her a kiss. (Is that a tear forming in my eye?)
John's introduction was equally as touching: "...and our purpose is, as usual, to give the panel a rough time, except for Dorothy Kilgallen - it's nice to have her back and, uh, so we'll ask her the questions in a gentle voice anyway." Cut to Dorothy who has the SWEETEST look on her face!!! (Okay, bring out the tissues.)
On her first night back - she is on the ball! She picks up on some obscure clues and guesses the tattoo artist. Arlene asks Mrs. Geyer what the most popular tattoo is - the answer is "a dagger through a heart"...for some reason this strikes DK as funny and she lets out a loud giggle, which makes John laugh. Tee hee!
Great episode! Forgot to mention Arlene's intro to Tom Poston...she mistakenly announces that he is the star of the Broadway hit "Once More..." she cuts herself off, laughs and says "oh wait, that's mine..." LOL! She was quite embarrassed and it was extremely cute. (Tom's show was "Drink To Me Only")
      BLINK AND YOU'LL MISS IT
Imogene Coca's appearance!!! Seriously, it was over in about 4 questions and then she RACED out of the theatre! I guess when ya gotta go...ya gotta go! - fiveninegal (2003)
