    • After the previous week's game performance mediocrity, this was definitely a marked improvement as the panel, for all intents and purposes, had a perfecto. In the first game, the panel was at somewhat of a disadvantage due to the fact that newly appointed New York City Traffic Commissioner Henry Barnes signed in as "Mr. X." However, after Martin correctly guessed that Barnes worked for the city, the door was wide open for Dorothy who correctly identified Barnes. Ironically, the previous night, both Martin and Commissioner Barnes had been interviewed on a television program. However, they were interviewed at different times. Because of this, Barnes' back was towards Martin, who was in the control room of the studio where the program was being broadcast. Martin explained that that was the reason why he didn't recognize Barnes. In the second game, Buddy was essentially given credit for a correct guess when he figured out that the second contestant dealt with mushrooms, even though he didn't specifically identify that she was a mushroom picker in a cave. In the mystery guest round, Arlene had the pleasure of correctly identifying her co-star in the film "One, Two, Three," Horst Buchholz. Besides promoting that film, Buchholz also discussed the film he was currently working on, "Nine Hours to Rama" and he surprised Arlene by showing her a picture of his new baby as he exited the stage. This definitely ended the show on a high point and rang down the curtain on a perfect night. - Sargebri
