      • MYSTERY GUEST: At the time of his lone "WML?" appearance in tonight's episode which is sadly lost to history, future U.S. Supreme Court Justice (and future father-in-law of "WML?" panel moderator John Charles Daly) Earl Warren (1891-1974) was in the middle of his third term as Governor of California, a position he occupied from 1943 until his appointment to the Supreme Court ten years later (and two years from tonight's program). He had also been Thomas E. Dewey's running mate on the Republican ticket in the 1948 Presidential election, but the duo lost in the end to Democrats Harry S. Truman and Alben W. Barkley. After what became "the Warren Court" handed down a series of decisions that remain highly controversial to this day, on issues ranging from school prayer to the "Miranda" ruling, former President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who had appointed him, concluded he made a mistake in doing so. - W-B (2008)

Earl Warren later becomes a United States Supreme Court Chief Justice. He also becomes John Daly's father-in-law when John marries Earl Warren's daughter Virginia Warren on On December 22, 1960. - Suzanne (2004)

      • Per Gil Fates' handwritten logs, no kinescope of this episode exists. It was destroyed by CBS before Gil Fates noticed the destruction policy in 1952 and began saving the kinescopes. Only about 10 episodes exist from February 1950 to July 1952. - Suzanne (2004)

      • Panel: Dorothy Kilgallen, Bennett Cerf, Arlene Francis, Hal Block.
