      • TWO UNKNOWNS:

        (1) This was Alan King's first appearance as a guest panelist since EPISODE #642 of December 9, 1962. On that earlier show, his nameplate on the panel desk read "MR. KING" - unlike all his earlier guest panelist appearances where his full name of "ALAN KING" was printed on the nameplate. However, as this episode is lost to history, it is not known what was printed on Alan's nameplate.

        (2) It is unknown who the announcer was tonight. The usual announcer, Johnny Olson, had been absent for the previous four shows. Other announcers had filled in for him, including Hal Simms. - W-B (2006)

      • KILGALLEN WATCH!!! Little did anyone know at the time, but exactly one year after this episode aired, WML would be changed forever with the passing of Dorothy Kilgallen. - Sargebri (2006)

      • Per Gil Fates' handwritten logs, no kinescope of this episode exists. It was accidently destroyed. - Suzanne (2004)

      • Panel: Dorothy Kilgallen, Alan King, Arlene Francis, Bennett Cerf.
