In the early 60s, Hanna-Barbera was churning out prime time cartoons like nobody's business, with The Flintstones their crowning jewel. After that was canceled, their energies were strictly focused on Saturday morning fare.
In an attempt to duplicate their earlier prime time successes, Where's Huddles? fails with a resounding thud. Even H-B's worst cartoons were funnier than this. Huddles? limps through its ten episodes with jokes flatter than the Earth imagined by King Ferdinand. The animation was nothing spectacular; similar to what we'd see that fall on CBS's "Harlem Globetrotters" show (which was indeed head-and-shoulders funnier than this).
Boomerang had been running repeats of this show on weekends. However it was on at 3 in the morning when nobody's watching, so we're spared from the ennui.
