When Peter shows Neal the syllabus from the criminology class, you can see that Neal's name is misspelled as "Caffery".

Neal reveals that he never graduated from high school.

During Peter and Neal's discussion about the plane, Peter sets down his beer on the table. The camera angle changes and he's holding it again, split second later it changes again and it's on the table.

Even though Grace says to Neal that the code to the vault changes daily, she uses the same code to open the vault for Peter.

In this episode, Peter wears a t-shirt from Le Moyne College which is Tim DeKay's alma mater.

Jones has a law degree.

GOOF: The page in the file Neal requests on the names found in Melissa Calloway's bag reads (repeatedly) "Doctoral Global Initiave," leaving 'Initiative' spelled incorrectly for every entry shown.

When Herrera leaves the coffee shop tip, Neal counts the bills and coins and says, "$4.76." The penny is not missing, but under the dime next to the first quarter.

GOOF:When Peter and Neal are in the sealed room and the air is being sucked out, you can see Neal frantically moving the boxes on the shelf around. However when you see him unconscious on the ground and it cuts to Peter kneeling worried above him, the boxes are in perfect order again.

When Neal is talking to Avery, Neal asks "When's the real dump?" then there is almost a three second pause before Avery responds "This Friday." When Neal is playing the recording of this conversation to Reed, there is only a one second pause.

The shredded document that Neal puts back together refers to him as "Cafferty" rather than Caffrey.
