Who Wants To Marry My Dad?

NBC (ended 2004)
EDIT

Show Summary

  • On Hiatus / TBD
In this second edition of Who Wants To Marry My Dad, the three adult daughters of a handsome single father choose among thirteen women to decide which one would be the ideal wife for their Dad. Promising even more surprising twists and turns than the original series, "Dad" will also include the popular lie detector tests and outrageous "secret facts" about contestants that made the show such a hit with viewers last summer. With an emphasis on romance, the series follows the courtship of "Dad" and the female contestants over six episodes. Adding to the fun will be a secret mole (the kids' aunt pretending to be one of the contestants), "Dad" going undercover in the first episode to secretly meet the women without them knowing it's him and a high-stakes adventure where the women's ex-boyfriends show up as jockeys on horseback at Santa Anita racetrack. In the end, the girls will decide which woman "Dad" will marry and their father proposes to the winner. The series is from NBC Universal Television Studio, Nash Entertainment and Satin Productions. Bruce Nash ("For Love or Money") who created both "Meet My Folks" and "Who Wants to Marry My Dad?" serves as executive producer along with Scott Satin ("The Most Outrageous Game Show Moments").moreless

I really enjoyed watching this show. It had a lot of funny parts and serious parts. The women were all beautiful. The daughters were great at picking women to be prospective step-mom's. This show was overall one of the best reality shows I have seen and I really wish NBC would air it again because I would have the perfect candidate for this show. My dad!! He is a single man who is the VP of a large telecommunications company and needs to find a woman that he can treat like a queen! Come on NBC bring this show back!!moreless

This was a great show. The show itself was not too great, but the producers made it the same way every episode. People got eliminated, made their exit and then it was finished. It made everything a bit more fast paced and enjoyable to watch. A widowed parents children get to decide who will marry their dad. The contestants go through lie detector tests and many other obstecles to see who is really right for their father. Brinhg this show back!!!!!!moreless
