EDITWhoopi's Littleburg is a series of three, half-hour TV specials set in "The Preschool Capital of the World" and starring Academy Award winning actress and comedienne, Whoopi Goldberg. In each special, we experience the town of Littleburg--its surprises, excitement, and drama--through the eyes of its newest citizen, a four-year-old puppet pig named Spencer.
