  • Quotes

    • Drew: (talking about Colin and Ryan's win) What a come-from-behind, pay-off-the-umpire win they had.

    • Denny: (in Scene to Rap) This is just the worst news yet
Man, the only thing I can surf is the net!

    • (in Party Quirks)
Denny: (trying to guess Ryan) You're an amalgam of all my ex-boyfriends, aren't you?
(Ryan wiggles a finger on his back, like a tail)
      Drew: (laughing) Your first clue.

      (after the game)
Drew: You know, I gotta tell you, when you guess wrong, at least it's entertaining.
Denny: That's what I'm here for.

    • Colin: (in Newsflash) It all started with a price check.

    • Drew: (at the beginning of Rap) From our hood to your hood, Miss Laura Hall.

    • (in Questions Only)
Ryan: Have you ever heard of a town called Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan?
Colin: Isn't that right beside Left Nube?
Drew: (at the end of the game) An extra 100 to Colin for saying Left Nube.

  • Notes

    • Denny introduced herself in Newsflash as Coverton Fur. (Say it real fast.)

    • During Weird Newscasters, the Santas in the video footage, looped a few times, appear to be dancing to the song 'YMCA' by the Village People. Why is anyone's guess.

    • During Helping Hands, Ryan says, "I look like Walt Disney just threw up!" because of a lot of icing and sprinkles he's gotten on his face from various pastries. Interestingly enough, in Episode 119, Ryan says roughly the same thing during a very similar game of Helping Hands. See Episode 119 for more details and the quote. Equally interesting is the similarity between episode numbers and show numbers between these two episodes. Episode 18, Show 115 and Episode 119, Show 415!

    • At the end of Helping Hands, Ryan ends up with a face full of cake. Very funny.

    • First airdate on ABC Family -- January 14, 2002

  • Allusions

    • The Beatles:

When Drew introduces the cast members, he names Beatles songs, specifically Twist And Shout for Wayne, She Came In Through The Bathroom Window for Denny, Any Time At All for Colin, and PS. I Love You for Ryan.

    • Lavoris:
During Song Styles, Wayne pretends to be a singer named Lavoris. Lavoris is a brand of mouthwash dating back to around 1902. It is still sold today, although with nowhere near the brand penetration it once had within the last 100 years. LaVoris is also a male name, but, Wayne's use of it for a female singer is far more comedic.
