    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    • TRIVIA (2)

      • This is the first time during a SFAH that someone steps out as themselves when a suggestion is made. This is a recurring joke usually done by Ryan and/or Colin. It also occurs during some World's Worst as well.

      • The US Scenes From A Hat is a little different then the UK one. Some of the suggestions had multiple scenes done, while in the UK it was one scene everytime.

    • QUOTES (7)

    • NOTES (5)

      • ABC Family appears to have made an edit to some of the suggestions in Scenes From A Hat. The suggestion 'Playing too hard with the puppy' apparently becomes, 'Playing too hard-' and then it cuts over to Ryan pretending to hold a football for Wayne to kick. However, Ryan says, 'Do you want to take a run at him?' which only makes sense in light of the unedited suggestion. ABC Family has also aired this episode without the edit, too, such as on 06-22-2005. The unedited version also appears on the DVD version.
Also in 'If dogs could talk.' When Colin starts humping Brad, the TV version switches to a close-up of them until Colin leaves. In the DVD version, the full shot is seen.

      • Ryan also played a clown at a birthday party in a scene with Archie Hahn and Greg Proops in a Helping Hands scene during an episode of the fourth season of the UK series. Also, he had a bit part as a clown in an episode of Who's The Boss?.

      • Scenes From A Hat makes its first US appearance after a long hiatus from the UK version of the show.

      • "Just Back From The Dentist After Invasive Root Canal Surgery Man" sets the record for the longest Superheroes name in the history of Whose Line.

      • First airdate on ABC Family -- January 10, 2002
