  • MEOW!!

The show was funny to begin with, with Greg trying to act 'street' when there is not an ounce of street in him, Waynes body parts falling apart, and Ryan going after the poor camera men and the one managing to keep 1 step ahead of him. Then Party Quirks with Wayne having affairs with everyone, Colin trying to annoy everyone (classic Colin!) and Ryan being a rat. To top it off, the irish drinking song which didn't last too long when everyone started to laugh. Then Ryan mumbles something and Colin kept saying "meow" causing everyone to just keep on laughing. They finally managed to calm down, got in a few more verses only to end with Colins 'meow' once again.moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (2)

    • After going a long way for a complicated payoff, Colin almost trips over his own florist fires pun by almost saying forrest instead.

    • Here's another example of bad editing: Greg opens Party Quirks by commenting on a Richard Simmons video, then gasps "What's he doing to Colin?!" This is an obvious reference to the racy edition of Living Scenery in Show No. 521.

  • QUOTES (7)

    • (SFAH, anecdotes dogs would tell if they appeared on talk shows)
Ryan: Jerry, I'm here to tell my husband I'm in love with a cat.
      Colin: Me-ow!

    • (In IDS)
Wayne: One night I was getting freaky
Drew: With my, uh, girl Elaine
Colin: Boy, we had some fun
      Ryan: And then rlalala!
(camera points at Wayne laughing, then Drew and then Colin)
      Colin: Meow!
(Wayne, Drew and Ryan laugh, audience cheers, music stops and restarts)
Ryan: I've lost track of the story
Wayne: I don't know what has happened
Drew: He wrote me a letter
      Colin: My underwear is snappin'
Ryan: I think there was a girl involved
      Wayne: That's what I'm thinkin'
Drew: I don't know what to say
Colin: Meow! (out of tune) Aye, De, Di, De, Di, De, Di, De, Di, De, Di, De, Di!
      (everyone else breaks up)

    • (in Hats)
Colin: (in moose hat) I just got out of a bad relationship with a flying squirrel.
Wayne: (in Don King wig) Me and you, on a date, January 12th at Madison Square Garden!
Greg: (in giant fish head, snorting and taking it off) I have a giant fish head on. I'm 42 (Bleep) years old.
Ryan: (with ball and chain) This is just my ball, you should see my chain.
Greg: (in astronaut's helmet) I'd like to visit Uranus.
Colin: (in Amish bonnet) I will churn thy butter.
Wayne: (in the fish head) I'm just looking for a nice piece of bass.
Colin: (in opera helmet) Let me help you hit those high notes. (Drew laughs) Me-ow.

    • (after Party Quirks)
      Greg: Was he an anthropologist?
Drew: No, he's just a rat in a maze.
      Greg: No, no-Colin. (laughter)
Colin: Aren't we all just rats in a maze?
      Greg: Wow, that's deep.

    • (SFAH, songs about states)
Ryan: Uuuuuuuutah...where I live with my 28 wives!
      Greg: Goin' back to Mississippi
Where my cousin is my dad!
Ryan: Haaaaaaaaaawaii...It's tough to drive there from here!

    • Colin: (SFAH, Sumo wrestlers in other professions) Anyone else want their clams... shucked...? (Breaks into laughter, along with nearly everyone else)

    • Colin: (during Film Dub, after his person leaves quickly): There's no good parts for Latinos!

  • NOTES (4)

    • As a suggestion for something embarassing that happened to them for Irish Drinking Song, someone in audience yelled, for reasons only they will ever know: "Went around the world in 80 days!"

    • Right after Drew stumbles over his words and attempts to recover during Irish Drinking Song, Colin gives Ryan a look that almost seems to say he can't believe Drew tried to get away with that. Ryan, of course, wouldn't let him!

    • During Irish Drinking Song, Ryan went "uhruhruhla." This caused everyone but Colin to laugh uncontrollably, since he went "meow." This caused everyone laughing for quite the while, which led them all the way to the last turn around. Colin ended the game with "meow," which caused everyone to laugh again.

    • During Weird Newscasters, Ryan apparently uses the real names of cameramen, some of whose faces are shown, and stage crew for his children. Keith is probably Keith Richmond, the series's stage manager.
