I used to love this show! I must have watched it when I was 7 or 8 but it was great! When I mentioned it to other people they could never remember it and I thought I must have like dreamt it or something but no! I was eventually proved right! Ha ha ha!

Ah, I definately miss Widget! I thought I was the only one!!

I watched it all the time growing up. If they're not going to show it on tv again they could at least release some DVDs or something!

I do! I'm hoping it's eventually released on DVD. Unlike Captain Planet and despite what a lot pple seem to believe about Widget, this show wasn't annoying like CPATP often was. A little campy? Maybe, but many of the characters were very likable and all animals were typically shown in a good light (unlike on The Wild Thornberrys, where only cute or "noble" animals are good). Plus, Widget has sweet superpowers!

Well, it is a superpower you can't go wrong with. I wonder... does anyone (aside from me) have any original characters or stories made up for this show?

I'd like that myself (moreso if it aired on CN, even tho I don't see that happening anytime soon), but where did you hear that they're s'posed to be airing reruns on those stations? As for WtWW being out on DVD, there's a site called TV on DVD or something like that that you can go to and vote for certain shows to be put on DVD.

What a good idea. I think Widget should be on Boomerang because it is an old show. Along with other old stuff like Smurfs, Flinstones, Jetsons and Scooby.

I'd like to see that, but I'm not sure if the folks who run Boomerang could do air Widget since a different company (Nelvana) produced the show.

I don't think Nelvana produced this show. I think it was like Zodiac or DiC or something like that?
