To whom this may concern (Everyone)

This is not a real circus he has about 6 animals and the elephant gives rides to kids and her back feet are really bad as she walks around with them on her back. If she is not doing that he

    rents her out for party's.

I am writing and trying to get help for this Poor Elephant. She has been in the news for a 4 or 5 years now, She is not being HEARD. Meanwhile her conditions are getting worse. For some

stupid reason the keeps renews this Owner License to have these Wide life Animals. The License's should be Revoked. The Violations go on and on and yet he pays a fine and that's

that. The money in fines could go towards the Elephant's feet and skin and the other animals. This man is a very Arrogant person. There would be no talking him into letting the Elephant go to

a Sanctuary matter of fact we contacted this one in Tennessee Website . They know Her Story and will take her if he releases her. He has broken his Welfare act

58-C-0288 This has to stop She needs Medical help and this guy who says he has been the Circus business for 30 years can not even take care of animals. He rents her out to other small

circus too... I heard the pony's feet are bad (2 pony's). His name is Hugo T Liebel But he changes his name every once in a while and his License are from Florida. His Address is . Box

3220 Davenport, Florida 33836. If you just look at this Elephant who happens to be chained up most of the time chain on one of her front foot and one of her back foot. she can not lay down if

she wanted to. She is sick you can tell by her eyes, Please let her to go to the Sanctuary where she can see other Elephants and be free of the chains. This tiny circus is called Liebel

Brothers Circus or Liebel Circus. Please help Revoke his License. Let us take the Elephant to the Sanctuary to retire. Listed are some of History of this owners doings. ... 20130629/NEWS/130629466 ...

Here is the condition of her skin and the chains on here legs to tight check it out 75eKeApDo

The list goes on and on just go to Google and put in Nosey's name. Pages and pages....

This Elephant needs your help and like I said she has a forever home to go to.... 2Kb-v6fyjCk This man has been getting away with this for years ENOUGH
