      • Zoe: Speaking of grades...(Taylor hands Zoe her Spanish test) Oh! Taylor, you got a B! That is awesome! Felicidades!
Taylor: Thank you. I need you to sign it. (Hands Zoe a pen)
Zoe: Oh, I never had to sign your test before.
        Taylor: It's a new rule.
Zoe: That's a lot of red ink for a B.
Taylor: Mr. Pine grades on a curve.
Zoe: (Suspecting that Taylor changed her test grade) Uh huh. Taylor, if you did what I think you did, you better tell me right now. Because if I'm right about what you did and you don't tell me, I'm gonna be way madder.
        Hannah: What'd you do?
        Taylor: Nothing.
Zoe: I'm going to count to three. Uno, dos...
Taylor: Ok! Ok, I changed it from a D to a B 'cause I thought you'd be mad at me and see? You are.

      • Cliff: Whoa! You look better than usual.
Zoe: Thanks, Cliff. Word of advice? When paying a woman a compliment, don't act surprised.
        Cliff: Got it.

      • Mr. Von Riet: You did a Mitzva; a good thing.

Mr. Von Riet showed his gratitude to Zoe and Dan for finding his family's stolen painting by calling it a Mitzva. In Judaism, Mitzva means a good deed. It is important to Jewish people to do as many Mitzvas as possible in a lifetime.
