Alec Baldwin and Seth Green really bring two great performances. Seth's role is funny, though short lived. And Alec, as always is great. He has this way of remaining completely serious even in the most funny situations. I don't know how he keeps from cracking up every five seconds.
Malcom: Will Truman?
Will: Malcom! What a coincidence.
Malcom: Is it? Or have I been following you all day? I'm just kidding. Or maybe you've been following me. And if you are, stop it
What a crackup this episode is!!! First there's Will - focused on writing again. I was worried - the last episode that focused on Will's secret ambition was BORING...but then enters Malcolm - and the storyline becomes very, very funny and somewhat mysterious. Then's there Grace - she meets an old 'friend' - Karen makes some good jokes, Grace looks very happy, then upset - then worried when the friend seems to make a pass at her..interesting. Then's there Jack - in charge of a tv show, the host is Seth Green - very funny character - and Jack slaps him when Seth goes out of control but it turns out good. And when you think that's enough - Karen has a great couple of scenes with old enemy - Beverly Leslie. They make a great team. Very, very funny. Unfortunately episodes like this are few-and-far between next season...
