The black soot on Grace's face changes as they change camera shots. Plus, Grace manages to change clothes and have a shower just before the meeting, and that all happens in just a few minutes.
Goof: The amount of champagne in Grace's glass varies while she's holding it, as well as when John takes it to have it refilled.
Scott Patterson and David Sutcliffe have both appeared on Will & Grace as Grace's boyfriends from high school, while in Gilmore Girls they have both appeared as Lorelai's love of her life.
Scott Patterson, who plays John Gregorio, is Luke Danes on Gilmore Girls, and the hairstylist, Sally, who is irritated by Grace's chatty nature when getting her hair styled, in the episode titled "F*gmalion Part Three: Bye, Bye, Beardy", plays Luke's sister, Liz Danes, on the same show. Both guest starred on this show, and play siblings in another.
The Zelman Gallery is named for Debra Messing's husband, Daniel Zelman.
Grace moves her arm slightly to where you can see the area where the water was spraying out. You can also see the small hose attached to her bra when she sprays the paintings.
One of the paintings in the gallery is upsidedown. It's turned right-side-up just before Grace springs a leak.
Goof: In the opening sequence when Grace is discussing having played Noah's wife and Will is opening a bottle of red wine, Grace brings a single wine glass over, which Will fills for her. In the next shot we see his own wine glass already half full, to which he adds more red wine, so both have full glasses. In the very next shot, however, Grace is still holding the empty glass, which she hands to Will as he gives her one he has just poured.
Peter Paige, the INS agent, went on to play Emmett Honneycut in Queer As Folk.
At the beginning of the episode when Will and Jack are at the mirror, at one point Will has his hand raised and makes a motion with it. However, in the next shot, literally, a milisecond later, it's on his side, and there was not enough time to get it there.
Near the end of the episode when Andy leaves, Grace enters and starts arguing with Will. If you look on the sofa there is no magazine on the right hand seat. Then Will gets the door, it's Bobbie (Grace's Mom), Will then leaves to see Andy in the lobby. As Bobbie turns to face Grace on the sofa, a green magazine has appeared on the right hand seat of the sofa. Then she goes to sit down and the magazine has disappeared. Then at the end of the heart to heart between Bobbie and Grace, the green magazine has appeared again just behind Bobbie's arm.
After being written in as a major cast member in season 1, but appearing in less than half the episodes, this was Gary Grubbs' final appearance on the show.
Karen's fetish video is called Next to Godliness.
We find out in this episode that Karen's maiden name is Delaney.
When Karen drops the tape box the sound it makes sounds like a tape is still in it, but the tape is still in the VCR.
When Grace and Will are eating pizza right at the beginning Grace has a medium sized piece of pizza when she says "It's also wrong" and then says she needs to go the piece of pizza has grown and is folded slightly in her hand. There is a quick kiss between her and Will before she drops the crust of a piece of pizza into the box. But she had a large piece in her hand just before?!
When Grace plays the video and Karen spills the powder from her compact it is spilt all over her desk. The scene switches and there is no powder on the desk. Another frame shift to Grace saying "Karen" and then back to Karen and you see powder all over the desk once more. This time the powder is very close to her forearm again in the scene the camera swithces to Grace after Karen says "that's not me" and back to Karen this time we see that the powder is now a few inches away from Karen's forearm also the compact has moved from were it landed after falling out of Karen's hands(over to the right as you look at the desk) to the centre of the table. If you can catch it you see the compact close on falling to the table, yet later on it is open.
During the opening scene of the episode Grace's nail polish appears and disappears. Also, when inside Will's apartment the door to Grace's apartment is open. When they get into the hallway however, it is shut.
LOOK REALLY HARD! Next to the elevator is an escape route plan in case of fires. While the floor plan is acurate to where Will & Grace live, it says the hallway ends just a few feet away from the elevator, and only shows 4 apartments on the floor. We know from prior episodes that there are at least 12 apartments to a floor. But it does confirm that the door in the middle of the hallway is probably a utility closet.
In the end credits, Veronica Cartwright is credited as "Judith Mc Farland" instead of "Judith McFarland."
