Episode Summary

The new school year begins at Alfea, but in a evil realm called the Under-Realm, in a place calles ShadowHuant, a group of pixies: Amore, Blinky, Chatta, Digit, Lockette, Piff, Tune and Zing, are trapped in the dungeon of ShawdowHuant located in a cell that is taking all of their powers. Their best friend, Layla, a fairy princess from the Realm of Tides, goes to the Under-Realm to try and save her best friends, while she must also fight for her life in the Palace of ShadowHuant. Layla is also losing most of her powers and that is making it harder to try and rescue her friends.moreless

  • A girl named Layla fights the Underrealm for her friends! Meanwhile, school begins!

    I enjoyed this episode because it was filled wth adventure and danger. The evil lord of the Underrealm, Darkar, is introduced along with a new girl, a princess from the realm of Tides. I thought this episode was probably the best villain introduction and very well written. However she wound up unconscious in the Winx bedroom. Meanwhile the pixies are held captive. I though this episode was very good coming off the incredible season 1 finale. School starts up, also, and the guardian Concorda is introduced who will later play an important part in the show. All in all, a very good season premiere!moreless

    i liked this episode because we get a new evil guy who, or is it just me, looks alot more evil than the witches did. maybe it's just my opinion but i like Lord Darkar more. but i did read that in another version of this episode, it started off with Layla climbing up the cliff and had Bloom talking about school later in the episode. i think that having Layla in the opening scene would have been better because we would get suspicious and want to see more of this new person and we would get into the episode more. but i really want to see how the characters will develop now that they have a real bad guy and not rivals from another school. i think this has been a good start to the new series!moreless

  • A princess named layla went to go rescue her friend pixies from a verry evil person named Lord Darkar, who lives in the underground, a place so full of evil and darkness that it drains more and more power every second you're down there!moreless

    It is the first day back at school! Everybody is excited to see eachother after the long break apart. Bloom and her friends are even more excited that the newly repaired wing, that had been damaged the year before by a group of Senoir Witches who stole the Dragon Flame and summened the army of Decay, was renamed dedacated to Bloom. However, when Bloom runs into an elder pixie who can tell what lies in the future, Bloom is consurned when she learns that she will meet and make friends with a princess fairy with long flowing hair. That is not the problem however, the problem is that it is revealed to her that her soon to be close friend is in danger! But...when her new friend, Layla, wonders into Alfea and faints, the girls take her back to Alfea, not knowing what had happened and wether or not she'd be okay!moreless
